Elisabetha Randon Institute has become the disseminator of social programs. Its mission is to develop and implement actions and programs in education and culture to promote inclusion and social transformation. The Institute is one of the entities that anchors the 2nd Edition of the Social Partnership Network, along with Secretaria da Justiça e do Desenvolvimento Social do RS (Department of Justice and Social Development of the State of Rio Grande do Sul). Activities are targeted to assist children and adolescents through the financing of 13 projects through "Lei da Solidariedade".

One of the Programs - Florescer - prepares children and adolescents for citizenship by means of an educational proposal. Activities take place in the shift opposite to their regular school hours in multidisciplinary education centers, free-of-charge. Students are selected according to the criteria of social vulnerability. The Florescer Program operates in two centers at Randon Companies compound, in addition to four franchises in the States of RS, PR and SP. Elisabetha Randon Institute makes available the methodology and technology of the Florescer Program through social franchises.

The Qualifying Program has the mission to prepare young people for the labor market. It is developed in two steps: the Basic Training Phase in the metal-mechanic sector, commerce and services for teenagers of 15 / 16 years of age, and "Centro de Educação Professional Randon/SENAI" (Professional Educational Center) that offers technical training for students of 15 to 18 years old, who begin as minor apprentices. In the following phase, they are guided by a multidisciplinary team of instructors and receive technical training. Those completing the course are offered the opportunity to become employees of Randon Companies.

Another program developed by the Institute is the Being a Volunteer Program, aimed at stimulating and engaging Randon Companies` workforce to develop volunteer activities at entities and public schools in the community, thereby developing citizenship.
